Artifer was founded by former SparkOptimus Private Equity leaders and SaaS founders. We’ve done the decks. We’ve done the boardrooms. We’ve built and exited a SaaS company ourselves. And we believe mid-market PE advisory needs an upgrade.

The role
From day one, you’ll work directly with the founders on:
- Commercial & tech due diligence for software, digital and tech-enabled businesses
- Growth strategy for PE-backed portfolio companies
- AI strategy definition and real-world use-case realization
- Cutting through noise to build sharp, decision-ready insights
No hiding in the back. No endless formatting. No corporate machinery. You’ll own workstreams. You’ll challenge CEOs. You’ll help shape the firm as it grows.

Your profile
- 2–5 years in top-tier strategy consulting, private equity, or tech strategy
- You’re analytically strong and structurally ruthless
- You understand (or want to deeply understand) SaaS and digital economics
- You’re genuinely curious about AI — not just the hype
- You thrive in small, high-performance environments
Bonus points if you:
- Can actually work with data (SQL, Python)
- Have done CDD/TDD
- Have operated inside a tech company
But more important than your CV: You think clearly. You take ownership. You have low ego and high standards.
